  • Soak for about 10 minutes. ( If using dry parsley take 4 tbls and put them in boiling water but do not boil together, As soon as water boils, take aside from stove, put dry parsley leaves, cover and let it cool)
  • Let it cool. Drain.
  • Add lemon and honey
  • Drink this tea 1 to 2 cups a day.
  • Store it in glass containers in the fridge for up to one week.

IMPORTANT:

Even though side effects are not reported or known from drinking parsley tea, pregnant women should avoid drinking it and should consult their doctor. Also, consult your doctor if you are taking medications to lower your blood pressure, before drinking this tea.
